10 Children's Privacy
The 88ph Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to register an account or use any feature of the Platform.
If 88ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
