Terms & Conditions — 88ph User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 88ph ("88ph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 88ph.club and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or using any feature of the 88ph service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.

Access to and use of the 88ph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on 88ph. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your location before doing so.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may only hold one (1) registered account on the 88ph Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, issued by 88ph or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• Employees: Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of 88ph and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

To access real-money gaming features on the 88ph Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Registration Requirements. During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by 88ph for identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, or Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 88ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify 88ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Verification. 88ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 88ph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements and these Terms.

All financial transactions on the 88ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. 88ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Philippine-issued)

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your 88ph account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. 88ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. 88ph aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. 88ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering. All transactions are subject to AML monitoring. 88ph is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities. You agree not to use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Any account suspected of such activity will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

88ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer on the Platform.

Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn . Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

Bonus Abuse. 88ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using prohibited betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice. 88ph is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Modification and Withdrawal. 88ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your account prior to the modification, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the 88ph Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games on 88ph use certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by previous results, bet size, or any other external factor.

Live Dealer Games. Live casino games are streamed in real time from dedicated studio environments. All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions. 88ph does not manipulate live game outcomes.

Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 88ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet for that round will be refunded to your account balance. 88ph's decision on the resolution of technical malfunctions is final.

Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must submit a dispute to 88ph customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. 88ph's decision on all game disputes is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with 88ph.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Cheating Software: Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other unauthorized program to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage in any game.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, conceal the proceeds of crime, or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on the Platform.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your 88ph account, or accessing any other player's account without authorization.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured game settings to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 88ph staff, customer support agents, or other players.

All content on the 88ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interface designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 88ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

The 88ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 88ph. You may not use any 88ph trademark without our prior written consent.

88ph is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, identity verification, gameplay, financial transactions, and customer support interactions.

88ph may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

88ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88ph and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 88ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 88ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall 88ph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 88ph account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Suspected money laundering or violation of AML regulations.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, 88ph reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. If wrongdoing is established, balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 88ph customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 88ph's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.

For gaming-related disputes that cannot be resolved directly with 88ph, players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR or the relevant licensing authority overseeing the Platform's operations.

88ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
